Return & Exchange Policy at Tough Tailor

At Tough Tailor, we are confident in the quality and durability of our products. If an item purchased from toughtailor.com does not meet your expectations, our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure a straightforward process for you.

Returns

We offer a refund to your original payment method for eligible items. To qualify for a refund, your return must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The item is in its original, saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
  • The original packing slip is included with your return.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are not provided for original or return shipping costs.
  • All returned items are carefully inspected. We reserve the right to deny a refund or issue a partial refund if an item is not returned in its original condition. We ask that you take care when trying on Tough Tailor apparel, as items returned with stains or damage that make them unsalable will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We are happy to facilitate an exchange for an item in a different size or color, provided the new item is of equal or lesser value than the original. To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item being returned must meet all the conditions stated in our Return policy above (original condition, tags attached, within 30 days).
  • The total value of the exchange item must be less than or equal to the value of the returned item. For example, if you return an item valued at $50, you may exchange it for an item priced at $50 or less. We will refund any remaining balance.
  • If you wish to exchange for an item of greater value, the transaction will be processed as a return and a new purchase. You would need to place a new order on toughtailor.com for the desired item.

Important Note: Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Start Your Return or Exchange

To initiate your return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Securely package your Tough Tailor merchandise along with the original packing slip in a sturdy box or bag.
  2. Create a prepaid shipping label with a carrier of your choice (e.g., FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
  3. Affix the label securely to your package.
  4. Drop off your package at the respective carrier’s drop-off location.

Important Note: Tough Tailor is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. For your protection, we strongly recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number and proof of delivery so you can confirm when we receive your return.
